Mar 19, 2020 · 2. if the group is directly created from local active directory users and computers (aduc), this group is not mail-enabled. even if we can fill in the group’s email or proxyaddress attribute, and sync the group to exchange online, this way is not officially supported. on this situation, you need to mail-enable the dg from on-premise exchange.
