I got 99 a few days ago. I did menaphite thugs to 91 and ardy knights to 99 from there. at 91, I was averaging 190-205k/hr, then at 95 you stop failing and can maintain 250k/hr as long as you are continuously clicking. If you're aiming for any long term sessions, it's more realistic to expect 230-240k an hr 95-99.
