Jul 6, 2015 at 9:03 PM. My son will be 8 weeks tmr and he still needs to eat every 2 hours, including overnight. He eats between 80 to 120 Mls like clockwork. I pump breast Milk and supplement with formula, so he is strictly bottle fed. If he doesn't get his bottle as soon as he's awake he screams.

my lo is 8 weeks old on wednesday and still feeds every two hours during the day. she sleeps on my OH from about 8pm tp midnight and then feeds 2/3 hours during the night, then every 2 hours max during the day. is this normal at 8 weeks or should she be going longer between feeds? she's ebf with about a ten/fifteen min feed at the boob.

May 2015. My LO also eats every 2 hours- it's seriously annoying as there's barely any time to sterilise the bottles and mix up formula in between, let alone do anything else! Sometimes he'll take 2oz and other times 3 or 4. I generally let him dictate and haven't had any problems... He is 8 weeks about 12+lbs now!
