    May 18, 2015 · I don't understand at my workplace we work 8:30AM-5:00PM. That is 8.5 hours minus one hour for lunch. No other breaks. Law is 30 mins must be paid break? So instead of 8.5-1 shouldnt it be 8.5-0.5 = 8 hours. We only get paid 7.5 per day. Seems like they give 0 paid break?
