Four Peaks Brewing opened in 1996 and is named for the four distinct peaks 50 miles east of Phoenix. They are housed in an old historic building that was once the Borden Milk Co. Creamery and Ice Factory back in the early 1900's. Four Peaks Brewing has a number of beers on tap. The Kilt Lifter is a Scottish Amber Ale and is their flagship beer.
