Jun 04, 2011 · 3 months old wakes up every 3 hours. My 3 months old baby boy used to be a good sleeper, he was sleeping 6 to 7 hours at night. Recently (2 weeks ago) he had a growth spurt and his sleep patterns changed. He first started sleeping two 5 hour stretches and now he wakes up every 3 hours for a feed for the past 2 nights.
