In the morning, took 3 Aleve (660 mg) and it is 6 hours later and I feel great. Took a spinning class this morning. It worked fast and continues to work. Now I know what to take and I don't think 3 over 24 hrs will be enough. I will try 4 over 24 hrs and see what happens but will not be afraid to take more if I need to. Kidneys are fine.
