Plenty of parking & it's run by the city of Sacramento with two staff members. 12 to 9 on weekends and 4-9pm. during the week that's winter hours. it's three dollars to get in and they have helmets to borrow. Helmets are a must &.Sat: 1:00 PM-6:00 PM
