I went through the same thing. I called the doctor this morning and she said at 23 weeks the baby is still small so sometimes it’s hard to feel them because they’re moving around. She did say if there’s a full day that goes by with no movement to go to the hospital to get checked out. I’d call your doctor to see what they say!
