Feb 18, 2011 · On Monday i started this 200 calories every 2 hours eating journer with walking at least 10,000 steps daily. So far so good. Monday my total calorie intake was 1145 calories and yesterday it was 1193 including dinner. I feel great to be honest!

Jun 16, 2011 · Well, I can say that I lost 50lbs by eating around 200 calories every 2-3 hours, and drinking at least 64 oz of water (focusing on protein or fiber laden foods). I think it all depends on how active you are, and how you define a "meal". My "meals" were more like side dishes.
