Yes. You could take more paracetamol once past 24 hours. You need 12 hours from your last dose if you've taken 8 tablets already.... ie if you took them at 8am, 12pm, 4pm and 8pm, you wouldn't take anymore until 8am. You should really get checked if you've got a fever as that can be dangerous.
