He nurses every four hours (I typically don't get more breast milk for 3-4 hours after the first feeding) for about 45 min then has 3 oz of formula as soon as he finishes with the breast milk. Then two to three hours later he has an additional 4oz of formula. He has a lot of gas and has a hard time with his bm's.
