Any site that is using anti spoofing technologies would therefore block the email because it looks like your server is spoofing the email.

Sep 29, 2015 · Note : Servers on the gmail end will reject the message which is going to be forwarded by the exchange server due SPF check . Because your exchange server will forward the email which would have the from address as [email protected] so on such case gmail servers will think that your exchange server is spoofing gmail domain SMTP suffix due to that you emails will be rejected.

Sep 06, 2016 · #5.0.0 SMTP; 571 Delivery not authorized, message refused However we receive both Domain A & B emails. Also our emails get bounced back only when sent via Outlook 2010 or 2013. Emails get delivered fine when sent via OWA. I added both domains to Exchange's White List using below command;

You're attempting to use your home ISP's SMTP (outgoing) server while not connected to the ISP network. The SMTP server can't validate you as an authorized subscriber of the ISP. In addition, you're asking that SMTP server to take your message and then connect to another SMTP server for delivery to the recipient's mailbox.

Mar 25, 2008 · We also got SMTP 550 message refused errors (however did not get the "Requested action not taken" bit) but the message was never delivered to the final destination either. Tried recreating the mailbox and everything - turns out the problem was with the persons signature.
