we are located in Northern NJ and one of our costumers, some where in Malaysia, keep getting their e-mail back. It looks like the message gets to one of the servers and stays in queue and then after a period of time it gets sent back.This happens to one of our employees receiving e-mail fron this person.

Nov 17, 2015 · we are getting 550 4.4.7 QUEUE.Expired; message expired only when sending to Redhat.com. We have an on-site Exchange 2013 server which uses Exchange Online Protection service as a smart host, it is setup as recommended by the service with correct SPF.
