Sep 01, 2010 · A working day is any day other then Sunday or a bank holiday. Saturday depends on the area. So if it's says 3 or 4 days for delivery then it takes those 3 of those days almost a week. So say someone orders something on Monday and the company ships it on Tuesday and says 2-3 days for delivery. That person should get it Thursday or Friday.

So if today is early Monday, 2-3 working days would mean Wednesday or Thursday. If today is late Monday, then the working day has already passed, so 2-3 working days would mean Thursday or Friday. That assumes there are no holidays.
