So I thought I'd mop up the last few things I have left to 100% the single player tonight. I completed the assassination missions, the currier missions, & the delivery requests. Problem is, I got 100% in each of these categories except delivery requests. That shows as 0% still. Did a quick search & found that there are a few others w/ this issue.

There are eight delivery missions in total. Two in Boston, three in the Frontier, and three in NY. The locations are as follows. South Boston: Just north of the fast travel point that is south east of the general store. If you go into the underground it will be listed as the East Fields fast travel point.

Dec 18, 2012 · I have the same problem, my delivery requests being stuck at 66%. But for me, the last two requests in New York, North and West, continue to show up. I can continue going to them and hitting "complete quest," but they show back up right after.
